Since the website/platform is acting as an intermediary only between users, the user agrees to undertake full responsibility for any actions made that could harm other users or violate Copyright rules and international laws. The website/platform will provide the users with content that is uploaded by registered users, which are subject to the conditions stated in this document. All content once uploaded can only be removed by the website/platform staff members upon the request of the original uploader. Though, this can only be done by contacting the website/platform staff members by email. The uploader agrees to give sufficient and reasonable time for the staff members to remove the content. However, this can only be done in the case where the uploader contacts the staff members with the same email address used to upload the content requested to be removed. You must contact us immediately to remove your Content if you no longer have the rights required by these terms or that the original owner of the content withdrew their consent to publish any material on www.uobnotes.com. If we reasonably believe that any Content is in breach of this Agreement or may cause harm to the website/platform, our users, advertisers or third parties, we may remove or take down some or all of such Content. We might notify you with the reason for our action unless we reasonably believe (in our opinion) that to do so: (a) would violate the law or the direction of a legal enforcement authority, or would otherwise risk legal liability for www.uobnotes.com; (b) would compromise an investigation or the integrity or operation of the Service; or (c) would cause harm to any user, other third party, www.uobnotes.com. We reserve all rights to remove and/or edit any content. When you post your content, you grant www.uobnotes.com non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.
